If you are in need of your transcript, there are a few ways to go about it.  The preferred method is to request it online.  In all cases, it may take up to 10 school days to get your transcript and records ready.

Alumni of both Wings Academy High School and The Urban Assembly School for Wildlife Conservation can access the request form by clicking here.  You will need to upload a photo ID picture.

If you wish to submit an offline request, you can download the transcript request form here and submit it one of three ways.  A copy of a valid ID must be included.

• Mail to 1122 East 180th Street, Bronx, NY 10460 ATTN: Transcript Request

• Fax to (718) 931-8366

• Email as an attachment to wtolosa2@schools.nyc.gov (Note: if you email, you will also need to include a picture of your photo ID)

In accordance with applicable privacy laws, we can and will release requested student records to educational institutions without needing their consent if those records are required for enrollment.  

• If the student has graduated or is a former student, send the request to wtolosa2@schools.nyc.gov

• If the student is a current student, please contact their guidance counselor directly.  Guidance counselors:  9th & 10th Grades: Ms. Rosio Gonzalez - rgonzalez9@schools.nyc.gov or 11th and 12th Grades: Ms. Lourdes Diaz - ldiaz10@schools.nyc.gov

If you are a third party attempting to get a copy of a transcript, determine graduation or enrollment status, or have access to other records, you can request by calling the school at 718-597-1751 or by fax at 718-931-8366.  Actual signatures of former students are required to release the information, or valid DocuSign evidence on the form.  Typed signatures are not acceptable.
